Deepak Chopra has taken full advantage of the iPhone technology and in addition to his meditation programme, he’s also developed an interactive yoga iPhone app.
Deepak Chopra has teamed up with yoga instructor, Tara Stiles introducing guided yoga poses uniting body, mind and spirit.
This is great for people like me who like to know we are not going completely off on a tangent and performing yoga in the right way.
