Deepak Chopra the Spiritual Guru

Recently, I’ve been surrounded by many things Deepak Chopra. I was on holiday in the States and felt compelled to visit the Deepak Chopra Holistic Centre in Carlsbad, California.

I was disappointed when I discovered there were no meditation classes or yoga classes I could join but it serves me right for not checking beforehand. However, here’s the thing; syncrhodestiny as Deepak Chopra calls it. I was drawn to buying Deepak Chopra‘s book, The Spontaneous Fulfillment of Desire because this book beamed from the bookshelf like a beacon and inevitably caught my attention. Since buying this book, I’ve been reading about synchrodestiny which involves looking at recurrent symbols or coincidences in your life.

So in this simple case, I visited the centre, out of the blue, bought a book. On returning to London, I rediscovered two books on my bookshelf, once again by Deepak Chopra and they beamed once again like beacons.

I visited his website with an intention to find out if I might be able to meet him in person, the magnificent spiritual guru he is and learn that he is in London tomorrow, running a seminar. Well the seminar is sold out so perhaps not quite synchrodestiny.
