Cameron Diaz’s Beach Yoga Workout
Some of us enjoy reading about celebrities, their diets and exercise regimes.
It’s comes as no surprise that many celebrities have incorporated yoga as part of their fitness regimes. Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Lopez, Madonna and Uma Thurman are just some celebrities practicing some form of yoga.
Cameron Diaz is no stranger when it comes to practicing yoga. Diaz was spotted practising her yoga postures in her bikini in the Caribbean, where she’s currently filming Knight and Day with Tom Cruise. Like many of us, Diaz is not a fan of the gym.
Choose a dynamic form of yoga like Ashtanga or Bikram and you can probably avoid going to the gym altogether and you’ll rapidly see more toned body results. You’re more likely to damage your knees less for a start by skipping the gym and practicing yoga. Yoga also strengthens your spine which is crucial to your whole body health according to Bikram.
So if Cameron Diaz can get the perfect body by regular yoga practice, there’s hope for us yet.
